why the form shape changed?

Hi, All,
I have a very strange problem. I made an application program and make a
setup program. I install the program on my computer, it works. I was
doing install and uninstall it several times for different version
test. Then I got problem. I opened my source code and found some forms
change the width. But I recompile the program, the form's shape is
fine. If I change the form size at design time and run the program, the
form size will be smaller then the "design time" size. What is wrong
??? Please give me some suggestions?

Thanks a lot!!!
