vbc.exe Problem

I am trying to compile this class in the command-line and this error comes
up

(Probably a complete Red Herring, but I'll throw it in anyway)

Admittedly, I'm using Visual Studio here but, whenever I create a new
VB.Net project, I get a reference to System.Xml as well as System and
System.Data.
Try adding that to your list of references and see if it helps.

The reason I am doing this (compiling separately in command-line), is that,
I am trying to host my site on brinkster (Educational Plan).
