Hello,
I need to write a program to capture a picture from a digital camera. I
asked the question about a week ago and got some good responses. I found
another problem though. The video card is RGB format and must stay that way
to meet govt. standards. I have tried some of the sample code out there that
was suggested, but none of it works with RGB video feed, and from what I have
read on the microsoft documents, I can not use the built in video tools in
windows. I am more than a little lost. This is the first time I have tried
to do anything like this and am open to any suggestion. Thanks, Brian

The pc has an Hatachi digital camera with a RGB cable that plugs into a video
card (flashpoint). I need to capture a picture from the camera.
