Novelty Database Question

I have an example that uses "tblDepartment" and "tblEmployee" from the
"Novelty" database. (I'm using MSDE)

Now, my copy of Novelty doesn't have these tables. Is my database screwed up
or is the example wrong?

If it's my database, how do I "refresh" the database on my server,
"(local)\NetSDK"

Thank you..
