XPBurnCD - preserving dates?

Does anyone know if XPBurnCD can burn a CD while preserving the existing
creation dates of files and folders? This has become a big issue for us
since XP itself does NOT do this--a tremendous oversite in my opinion.
Even better would be an XPTweak of some sort that forced Windows to
preserve dates when burning CDs.
