Hi Danya,

Have a look at the unmanaged function GetLastInputInfo:

You'll have to do some P/Invoke'ing (something I know very little about).

Alternatively, here's an article from Code Project which might help you:

http://www.codeproject.com/csharp/uim.asp

The article is written in C#, but you can easily translate the concepts
to VB.NET.
