Phone calls

Hi,

Could any one provide some source code, links, or whatever on how I could
dial a phone from within .NET (Any lenguage) in order to dial someones phone
number and maintain a conversation over the PC Speaker and microphone?

Any type of information on how to achieve this is welcome... I have found
documents over the internet on how to dial usin TAPI, but nothing on how I
could get the conversation through to the speakers, and from the microphone
on to the line.

Best Wishes
