VB.NET to set ACL's

Hello:
Are there any good resouces out-there to learn how in vb.net to set access
control entries for files:

I know how to impersonate an account with admin rights and I want to set
individual and group access rights to files that I will then save on the
network. We are using XP-PRO + NT2000
Thanks
Terry
