Exception updating database 'Column does not allow nulls'

Hi all

I am having a problem when I am updating my database. I am using a
strong DS and the PK column is an Identity column, but when I am udating
my database I am getting the exception 'Column SecUserID does not allow
nulls' during the DataAdapter.RowUpdated event. The column does have a
value (-1) and the update works for other tables in my DS, just not this
one.

Has anyone come across this exception when they are using a column that
is an Identity column, so you don't have to set the value manually?

Regards,
Steve.
