Hi Neo
No you don't have to do anything , If you have already installed Microsoft
Visual Studio .NET 2003, you do not need to install the .NET Framework SDK
separately. Visual Studio .NET 2003 includes the SDK.

VS.NET includes the .NET Framework SDK. It is installed by the setup in:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\SDK\v1.1

For the records:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET\FrameworkSDK" for VS.NET
2002.
