Detecting inactivity?

Hi,
How can I detect in my Windows Form Application that the user has been idle
(not doing anything) for let's say 2 minutes?

Can I also find out if the user is working on something else other than my
application for more than 2 minutes (my Windows Form was inactive for longer
than 2 minutes)?
