UserControl: How to enable in design mode?

Hi,

I've created a usercontrol with a tabcontrol on a form. This tabcontrol
contains several tabs. Is there a way to make the tabcontrol respond to tab
clicks in design mode so that one can make a tabpage active?

TIA,

Atchoum
