Build Order of MultiProject Applications

I have three projects in my Solution. How do I designate which gets built
first when selecting the Build Solution.

Right click on the solution and go to properties. In there under "Startup
Project" is an option for building multiple projects. Set the order in
there.

You can change the build order in a dialog ("Project" -> "Project build
order...").
