Dektop color scheme

How do I read the desktop color scheme and set it to my controls on the
Form. The toolbar, menubar all take the default colors... i want to match
this to my forms Label, buttons... Panels etc..

They take the default colors of the selected color scheme, if you don't
specify your own colors.
