Very Confusing Behavior

I am working with a vb.net web application (.net v1.1). Currently all of the
buttons work on all of the pages. However, we just got a new web server and
have found that some of the buttons don't work when running on that server.

The strange thing is, some identical buttons still work fine (we checked to
make sure that they really are the same in the HTML.

The buttons that don't work still appear to push in, but the page does not
post back. The button simply comes back up and nothing happens.

We initially thought it was a web server setting that was blocking
something, but this wouldn't explain why some buttons still work fine.

Does anyone have any idea what could cause this?

Thank you,
Mark Lauser

Hi Mark,

You probably haven't had any responses yet because this is indeed odd
behavior.

Can you show us some code or explain any and all differences between a
button that works and one that does not?
