Dont know of a free version of Dragon but here is a link to the free
microsoft one.

AFAIK, Dragon speech is a software you need to buy. I dont think there are
any free speech recognition systems avbl. Though the MS Text to Speech(TTS)
engine is free if that is the functionality you want.
