Create Library For Use in Windows Scripting Host Scripts

I am trying to use vb.net 2003 to make a class library that i can use in
wsh(vbscript files) so i made a test dll and when i ran the script it said
that the class was not setup for automation.

so i set the property in build for com register and then instead of using a
class i added a component to the dll.

this time it loaded fine but i get this error when trying to use the object.

'cast from string to integer is not valid ?
