.Net runtime Error

I have a .Net application that runs as a SQL Server Agent Job at scheduled
times and it runs fine most of the time but once in while it fails and does
not trap the error in the Try.. Catch block. Instead it appears in the Event
Log as per below:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: .NET Runtime
Event Category: None
Event ID: 0
Date: 12/2/2004
Time: 12:00:07 PM
User: N/A
Computer: SRVDWBACKUP
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( .NET Runtime ) cannot be
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or
message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able
to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and
Support for details. The following information is part of the event: .NET
Runtime version 1.1.4322.2032- ELMServerProcess.exe - Common Language Runtime
Debugging Services: Application has generated an exception that could not be
handled.

Process id=0x37ec (14316), Thread id=0x3298 (12952).

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application..

Has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions to try to avoid this?
Thanks
