Have you looked at the DataGrid component that comes with .NET? It provides
the basic functionality but you'll have do a lot of coding behind the scenes
to make it act like Excel.

If you want to spend the money there are some very powerful third party grid
components available.
Try searching google for ".NET grid component" and look at the sponsered
links for a vast array of products on the market.
FarPoint do a spreadsheet component for .NET. Check out
http://www.fpoint.com/netproducts/sp...spreadwin.aspx.

Of course, you could investigate actually embedding Excel in your
application itself, but thats a whole different ball game.
