ActiveX EXE Equivalent

Hi,

A simple question I'm sure, but can someone point me in the right direction
of how to have the equivalent of 2 projects in VB.Net, 1 that is a standard
EXE and 1 that is an ActiveX.EXE that can either be run standalone or
invoked from the first synchronously via CreateObject.

The example is that I have a seperate file processing application that I
want to be able to run from the command line (as a standard exe) or call
from another App (via createobject) as in the 2nd instance the calling app
needs to be locked until the file processing application has finished.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Rob
