Setting LocalEndPoint to "any" IP address?

Is there a way I can make a TCPListener's LocalEndPoint accept connections
to any IP? Currently if I try to connect to "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" it
doesn't work. If I try "192.168.0.4" then it works fine.

hmmm... Did you try seting it to 0.0.0.0?
