Can't write to windows registry using ASP .NET account

I cannot write to windows registry using ASP .NET account.
I have made a key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software and granted full access to
ASP .NET account, but still got "Requested registry access is not allowed."

Any idea why?

Nikolay,

On this question the answer can be everytime another because the Microsoft
security updates.

In my opinion is a better newsgroup for this question

microsoft.public.dotnet.security

I hope this helps something?
