now i can working whit excel but still i cant change the backcolor of cells.

Try the following out:
xlRG = xlWS.Cells(row, 7)
xlRG.Font.Bold = True
xlRG.Font.Color = 255 ' sets font color to RED
xlRG.Interior.ColorIndex = 34 ' light blue
xlRG.Interior.Pattern = Excel.XlPattern.xlPatternSolid

where xlRG is a range object and xlws is the worksheet object
