How to create Vb.NEt search function of Access data into TreeView

Net
Hi,

I need to create a VB.Net search function against an Access database. When
the user enters a character the function should search last name and the tree
listview needs to be updated to show only last names first name based on that
starting character. As the user type more characters the liestview should be
updated. How can I write that routine?

Thanks in advance,
