How to disable tool bar buttons in VB.NET

Hi

I have application consists of toolbar in VB.NET.
In that toolbar consists of somebuttons.
I want to disable some of the toolbar buttons at the time
of form_load.
When i click on one button,those disabled buttons are
enabled,how can i write the code to those things.
