Open Project from web...

I do not know what's wrong with my computer setting.
When I try to open a project from 'project from web'.
If I type the computer name in the textbox of the dialog box:
http://CompterA
it will show open project dialogbox and show a list subfolders in default
web site.
If I type 'localhost' then it will direct me to 'My Documents' folder

If I try add a New Folder to the above 'open project' dialog box under 'Web
Folders'
the Add Web Foder wizard show up. I can add other computers but I cannot
add
localhost. It tell me
'You do not have permission to access this web folder location'

Also, If I select one of the folders in http://CompterA
some folders allow me to select the project, but some folders will show
message:
Documents in this folder are not available. The folder may have been moved
or deleted, or network problems may ...
I check these folders properties in IIS. the 'directtort browsing's are
checked.
I run the 'Check server extensions' in IIS
And do not have any problems

Any suggestion and help.
