Get Associated Icon from File

I have download from site Microsoft the procedure for Get Associated Icon
from File
Article is : "How to use the SHGetFileInfo function to get the icons that
are associated with files in Visual Basic .NET"

But i have the problem....
Then Icon .txt - .Xml and other is a looked badly, while others are looked
at well
I have set in imagelist trasparentcolor = Trasparent but nothing...

If you are using the ImageList to store the Icons and display set the
ColorDepth to -32Bit. This seems to help on XP machines...

I have tried with all the types of colordepth
The procedure with Api is only ?
