view HTTPS webpage

Hi,

Here is what I am trying to do in a windows app when click on a button on a
windows form:
1. open browser and navigate to a https:// site
2. the site is hosted on an unix box and will popup a logon dialogbox
3. I'd like to prgramatically fill the username and password fields on
the box
4. the expected webpage will be displayed on the browser.

Can anyone give me any direction on this? I saw an article about login to a
webform based logon screen but not
the popup logon box. (I am using VB.NET to do that).

Thanks a lot in advance.

Sean
