Wrap a Licensed Control in a new Control

P: n/a
In vb6, if I wanted to wrap a licensed control in my own control, I selected
"Require License Key" from the Project Properties.

What is the analagous step to take in VB.net so that I can wrap a licensed
control in my own control without the licensed control nagging?
