Looking For Software Copy Protection Software

I work with a small non-profit group and we will be releasing a VB.NET
Windows application. The release is currently planned to be built using the
VSNET 2003 Package/Distribution tool. We need to copy protect the
application with specific features as follows:
- Prevent illegal copies (each installation has a unique :code")
- Configurable trial period
- Require registration
- Support expiration based expiration on date (and prevent back dating)
- Allow updated versions of the EXE to be distributed - preferably without
requiring re-registration

Does anyone have any suggestions? So far I've looked at VBOLock, PC Guard,
ShareGuard, Code-Lock and ExeShield and none of them look like an ideal
solution.
