Using Sitting.ini file ....

Hi EveryBody:

Do i need to write sitting.ini file when I use the visual studio 2003
Bootstrapper plug-in to add the Net Framework to my setup project? if yes How
can I write the sitting.ini file ?

any help will be appreciated
