Another Datagrid Sorting Problem

I have a datagrid in which I want to allow user to edit data and to sort the
list by clicking a column header. When they have sorted the list, and
subsequently make edits, the list automatically resorts if the value they
edit causes the current row to belong in another location in the sort. It
is like instant sorting, which is kind of cool, but in my case I am afraid
it will confuse my users - they are dealing with very long lists.

How can I prevent the datagrid (or is it the underlying data table or view -
I am not using a view, per se - just a dataset with a single table in
it -although I think I have learned that some view, albeit a default view,
is always used..) from resorting dynamically when user changes a value - I
want it to resort only when they click on a different column header..
