how to do this in code?

when i go to start-run and write
"mode com1:9600,n,8,1"
with this i set set com1 port.
How to write this in code. Exe is "mode" and "com1:9600,n,8,1" are arguments

Look at the Process class and the ProcessInfo classes. They are used to
start processes.
