VB.NET Data Types = SQL Server Native Types

I have a class which uses a data reader to read in a table from SQL Server.
I then loop through each record in the reader, assign it to an instance
class then add it to an array list.

The trouble I have is the conversion between types.

Is there somewhere I can find out what native SQL server fields such as
timestamp and int equate to which VB.NET data types? I don't want to use SQL
data types as the classes are manipulated higher up the architecture and
this may cause compatibility issues.

Thanks for any help in advance
