Build Solution Locks up

I have vs.net 2003 and have a VB application that I haven't used for a while
and wanted to modify it. When I tried to run it from the Develoment
Environment, the build compiler got hung up and I had to manually stop the
build. What I eventually found was that one of my vb modules had somehow
gotten deleted but rather that tell me that it couldn't find it, it just keep
running in a loop. Thought some might be interested in this "BUG"
