Issue deploying in debug mode.

Each time I run my VB.NET app in debug mode using a connected Pocket PC
device, the VS status bar says "Deploying <myappname>" and when my
application runs on the PPC it ends up creating a new version in the
deployment folder so that I end up with lots of versions named like this;

MyApp.exe
MyApp(1).exe
MyApp(2).exe
MyApp(...).exe

I know my application is not running on the Pocket PC because I use the stop
button on the
desktop to close it in debug mode and have then checked under running
programs. I don't know why VS,
ActiveSync, or whatever keeps creating a new unique filename for my
executable instead
of overwriting the original executable file on the PPC. Any idea why this
is happening and how to prevent it?

Thanks in advance,
Bill
