It may or may not be that person's fault. I think there's something wrong
with the entire forum. I've been seeing several future posts from that
source, and I even went there and created my own account. Even after I set
my time zone correctly (which was not something I was asked for during
registration!) times looked wrong. If I see many more of these I'm going to
complain to the site operator directly.
