Zip and copy file - Visual Basic .NET

I would like to create the program, which will zip one file on computer,
copy it to the disk on the other computer and unzip it there.
How can I do that?

Any example?

The ComponetnOne free library that I got for VS2003 has a sample project
that will do it. It does use their components though, but it is free
