Tracing in DLL

I have to make a COM compatible DLL to be used in my web project. I
would like to be able to debug the DLL in the IDE while I debug the web app.
I have Win32=true:TRACE=1:DEBUG=1 on my DLL project complier command-line,
but the Tracers are still not being written. I have my TraceListener setup
and use it in my code.
Can anybody shed some light on what it takes to have the tracings
written to a log file in my Class Library project?
