I want my VB winapp to gather the information for all the IE browsers I have already opened

Can I do that?

Yes have a look at reusing the Webbrowser and at MSHTML

Be aware that when you want to reuse IE you should not use the axwebbrowser
however webbrowser. And instance that with IE. Not all methods are supported
in that situation.
