Hello i am a relative newbie at programming.
i have managed to filter out the obvious errors, but my "network
communicator" prog stops responding on this line:
Dim bIncomingString As Byte() = listener.Receive(groupEP)
this is some background:
'start
Dim oPersonsAddress As IPAddress = IPAddress.Parse_("146.NNN.NNN.160")
Dim iPort As Integer = 11000
Dim groupEP As New IPEndPoint(oPersonsAddress, iPort)
'end
there is too much code to put up here. i am using sample code from the
dynamic help on udp.
this is my first network prog. am i being stupid? pls help...
