Ray,

I am curious in what is this related with the use of the VBNet language.

Hi Ray

MDAC 2.8 doesn't require a reboot.

It's jsut a werid thing: I had to install .NET Framework, Jet 4.0 SP8, MDAC
2.8, IE 6 on +- 70 computers with NT4 and W2000.
I wasn't able to find some 'system' in it: one time it asked to reboot,
another time it didn't...

A really great tool I use for deployment:

I does all these things for you :-)
