Unhandled exception at 0x7c901230 in PICOS3.exe: User breakpoint.

I am using VB on WIN XP with Sp2

If I press the F12 button the following happens:
All other keys are working fine.
There is NO code for the F12-Key !!
Unhandled exception at 0x7c901230 in PICOS3.exe: User breakpoint.

in NTDLL.DLL
CALL Stack
ntdll.dll!7c901230()

ntdll.dll!7c9507a8()
Where must I look for ?
