How can i make the NotifyIcon Icon flash in the Tray?
Place a 'System.Windows.Forms.Timer' on your form (available in the
toolbox in the "Windows Forms" group), set its interval to 500, then
switch between two icons by setting the notify icon's 'Icon' property.
You can load the icons from an embedded resource
