close Access application

Hi !!!

I have an asp.net application in VB.NET, and need to display msaccess
reports on the web. everything looks great but in one step i`m
connecting msaccess, retrieving report list and closing DB.

<code>
dim iReportCount as integer
dim cDb as object = access.CurrentDb
iReportCount = cDb.Containers("Reports").Documents.Count
'report count
</code>

i`m sure that this part of code blocks ?msaccess?, so i can`t close
that process from code. Then I must to kill this proc in task manager.
(I`m using xp pro.)

Thanx for Help ;)
