Unable to generate dataset

After successfully configuring an OLEDBDataadapter and Connection (all error
free), VB .Net keeps telling me that it is "unable to create a dataset.
Please rebuild the application, fix any errors, and try again".

The re-build fails to generate an error.

Short of re-installing/repairing, I am out of ideas. Any wisdom out there?

Advice 1. : Create a new applicatiion and try this again, if it works scrap
the original, if not your either doing something weird or your install is
screwed.

Advice 2 : Stay away from using wizards, they can be usefull, but you are
better off getting to know how to set things up manually, this way when u
get an error like this, you are more likely to be able to spot it.
