Ignore mouse events

Hi!

Since it is possible to create transparent (Opaque) forms, it would be
useful to be able to decide if you want the form to trap or ignore the
mouse events.
I want to turn the mouse trapping of, so that the mouse events goes to
the underlying window that you see through the opaque form (that is
"allways on top" but doesn't get focus).
Do any one know how to do this?
I have seen several questions about this subject in these newsgroups,
but no solution.
