How to encode message

Hello,

I have a web site in Russian, so all my pages are encoded in UTF-8 (for sime
reason ASPX pages do not display the Cyrillic character correctly in any
other encoding). I need to pass the information (string) in Cyrillic to an
ASP page that is encoded in Cyrillic (Windows-1251), get another string back
and convert it back to UTF-8.

How would I do this? I probably have to use System.Text.Encoding to do this,
or use Convert method, but I cannot figure out exactly how it should look
like.

I would appreciate your help very much.

Thank you,
