Play avi resource file on form

I've been trying to find the right solution through google, but haven't come upon the right solution.
How do I extract an avi file (stream) from a project resource and play this file (stream) on a form?
I know how to extract icons from a project resource and use it.

me.icon = System.Reflection.Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly.Ge tManifestResourceStream("<namespace>." & FileName)

I think I can do the same with the avi file, but how do I play the avi stream.
