Renaming files in XP ?

Hello
I tried to use System.IO.File.move("d:\dir\myfile1","d:\dir\myfil e2")
but an exeption happens all the times. The dir has this green box filled in
read only, but I as found out it's not a read only it's something else :) But
I can't change it not to be green...( admin can't change dirs rights so who
can ? ). And exeptions says the myfile2 ( which dosen't exist ;) is in use.
So can you tell me what I am doing wrong ?
